121 UK business catchments. Up to three firms per catchment. Businesses choose. Wolf supplies the infrastructure.
The SME Business Claims Passport is free to every UK business. When a business's claim stalls, the provider ignores it or the claim becomes complex, it can raise its hand from inside its passport, choose a firm holding a seat in its area and send that firm its complete claim passport in one click.
Companies House record, statements read, breaches matched to the rule and regulator, complaint sent, records request, every provider reply, filed and dated.
It sees the firms holding a seat in its postcode area, in a random order, with each firm's register number and fee basis.
It picks the firm, ticks the documents, gives its consent and clicks send. The passport lands in your firm inbox, and any engagement is between the business and you.
Seat map
Each postcode area has three seats, five in Metro areas . One seat per firm per area. Firms are never named. Pick the open areas you want, then send your request.
Stripes show the mix of seats in an area. The figure under each code is seats taken out of seats in that area. Tap an area with an open seat, or one in discussion, to add it to your request; tap again to remove it.

What a seat gives your firm
Your firm appears, with its register number, fee basis and contact details, to every business in your areas that raises its hand. The business alone chooses the firm. A business that chooses you sends its passport, with its consent, to your secure firm inbox: the claim summary, the breaches identified with the rule and regulator, the letters it sent, the replies it received, its BPCS/2026.01 certificate, the documents it chose and its contact details. Practitioner seats receive debt and insolvency requests the same way, with the claims in the passport when the business chooses to share them. You set the status and the business sees it.
What a seat does not give your firm
Your firm pays for the build and maintenance of the infrastructure, not for businesses, claims, data, introductions or appointments. Wolf does not promise any number of hand raises or instructions. Your firm sees only the passports businesses choose to send it, and only while their consent stands; firms never see business accounts.
No win, no fee
Every claims firm on the platform takes claims sent through it on a no win, no fee basis. Businesses are told this before they choose a firm. If a claim does not succeed, the business pays the firm nothing. A firm that stops offering no win, no fee is removed from view. Practitioner seats are not claims work and set their own terms with the business.
How Wolf stays infrastructure
Wolf provides the infrastructure. Businesses control their claims. Independent professionals provide advice when requested. Wolf never gives advice, does not select the firm, negotiate the engagement, receive a referral commission or participate in the outcome. Firms appear in a random order with identical cards. Your seat decides which areas your firm is displayed in. It never decides which firm a business chooses, and the firm alone decides whether to accept.
Who can hold a seat
Claims seats: solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and claims management firms authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Practitioner seats: firms whose insolvency practitioners are licensed by a recognised professional body. Wolf checks the register entry before a seat is assigned and shows businesses the date of that check.
Businesses stay free
The SME Business Claims Passport is free to businesses at every stage. Your fees are agreed between you and the business, in writing, before any work starts.
